PAYMENTS: All services must be PREPAID at least 21
days prior to arrival. Otherwise,
the reservation will be cancelled automatically without
further notice. Payments may be done through a
money order or a cashier’s check in US dollars.
CANCELLATIONS: Must be done at least 14 days prior
to arrival to avoid charges. Other policies
may apply for some properties. If reservation is cancelled
with less than 14 days, there will be a
$25.00 charge for communications and paperwork PLUS
one night hotel accommodation, which may vary. All cancellations
must be received in our office Monday thru Friday during
our operating hours our time (9:00 am-5:00 pm est).
Any reservation cancelled because of lack of payment
and is reinstalled has a $15.00 fee. Car rentals cancelled
same day of arrival have a charge of $25.00.
CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS: After the second change, there
is a $10.00 fee for each one.
CHANGES IN PREPAID SERVICES: Passengers that need to
change their package once they have arrived, MUST call
us first. If they do not give us the opportunity to
make all these changes, there will be a $50.00 charge
plus any other charges for services used.
CLAIMS: All claims for hotel accommodation or car rental
not used must be made no later than 30 days after the
tour is finalized in order to receive a refund. After
30 days, we will not accept any claims. There will be
NO REFUND on any unused services on IT packages.
HOTEL & AUTO PACKAGES: Packages include hotel accommodations,
room taxes and car rental. Taxes, insurance coverage
and surcharges are not included in the car rental. Passengers
must pay these charges to the car rental company directly.
Note: Drivers must be 25 years of age or older. They
should also have a valid driver’s license and
a major credit card. If they do not have a credit card,
they will be requested to leave a cash deposit of about
$300. They will also be required to prepay the taxes,
insurance coverage & surcharges. The insurance coverage
is as follows: LDW- $13.99-16.99 daily (it varies according
to size of vehicle) SLI-$9.99-11.99. Other fees: 6%
sales tax, 8% airport surcharge and $2.05 daily state
tax. All subject to change without notice. Cars will
have a surcharge for domestic passengers.
RESPONSIBILITY: These Tours are planned and operated
by Destinations Travel Service, Inc., 819 W. Oak Ridge
Road, Orlando, Florida 32839. It acts only as agent
for the passenger and therefore accepts no responsibility
in whole or part for any delays, delayed departure or
arrival, missed train or other carrier connections,
loss or damage to any property or injury to or death
of any person or mechanical defects or failure, of any
nature, however caused, or for any substitution of hotels
or of common carrier equipment beyond its control or
without notice, or for any additional expense occasioned
thereby. No carrier shall have, or incur any responsibility
or liability of any person taking this tour, except
its liability as a common carrier. The liability of
the carriers for baggage or other property accompanying
passengers is limited to their liability as common carrier.
The right is reserved to decline, to accept, or retain
any person as a member of these tours at any time. |
